Moving Procedures
Step 1 - Will contact you
You will receive a text message with an estimated arrival time. This will be in your fixed timeframe provided by our admin team.
Step 2 - Identify items
We'll park as close to your property as possible and complete a quick walkthrough with you to identify the items to be moved. Please point out any preferred access points to help us move your furniture safely and efficiently.
Step 3 - Price confirmation
Our team will assess the job and provide you with an on-the-spot estimate before any work begins. You're under no obligation to proceed. If you choose to go ahead, our office will contact you within the first 30 minutes of the move to process payment for the estimated amount.
Step 4 - Finalise time and payment
We charge in 30-minute increments with a 1-hour minimum and a 10-minute grace period. If your move finishes earlier than estimated, any unused full 30-minute or 1-hour block will be refunded. If the move takes longer than estimated, our team may request payment for the additional time before continuing.
