By engaging JT Removals & Transport, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.<\/p>\n

Quotes and Pricing<\/h3>\n

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Additional charges may apply where:<\/p>\n

  • The scope of work changes<\/li>\n
  • Additional items are added<\/li>\n
  • Access is more difficult than advised<\/li>\n
  • Waiting times occur outside our control<\/li>\n
  • Additional labour or equipment is required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Customer Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

    Customers are responsible for ensuring:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Accurate details are provided regarding the move or transport requirements<\/li>\n
    • Safe and reasonable access is available at pickup and delivery locations<\/li>\n
    • All items are appropriately packed unless packing services have been arranged<\/li>\n
    • Valuable, fragile or sentimental items are identified prior to transport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Transport and Delivery<\/h3>\n

      JT Removals & Transport will take reasonable care when handling and transporting goods. Delivery times provided are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n

      Damage and Liability<\/h3>\n

      While every care is taken, JT Removals & Transport is not liable for:<\/p>\n

      • Pre-existing damage to items<\/li>\n
      • Damage resulting from inadequate packing by the customer<\/li>\n
      • Mechanical or electrical failure of transported items<\/li>\n
      • Loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.<\/p>\n

        Restricted Items<\/h3>\n

        We reserve the right to refuse transport of any dangerous, illegal or hazardous goods, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n

        • Flammable liquids<\/li>\n
        • Explosives<\/li>\n
        • Gas cylinders<\/li>\n
        • Illegal substances<\/li>\n
        • Any item prohibited by law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Cancellations<\/h3>\n

          Customers should provide as much notice as possible if a booking needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.<\/p>\n

          JT Removals & Transport reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for bookings cancelled at short notice.<\/p>\n

          Payment Terms<\/h3>\n

          Payment is due within seven (7) days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n

          Late payments may incur administration fees and debt recovery costs where applicable.<\/p>\n
